I was staying over in Easingwold for the night and found that I had a flat tyre in the morning not knowing the area I googled a garage and found Dobson Motors were local to where I was staying. I managed to get the car to the garage they were extremely busy and I explained I had to get back to Sheffield that day, without making any promises they ordered a tyre to be delivered that day and fitted it calling me as soon as it was ready. The team were courteous and very helpful and the price of the tyre was very competitive. Knowing how desperate I was some unscrupulous garage could have took advantage. The level of service and care was excellent and I got the impression that level of customer care was afforded to all there customers. I highly recommend Dobson Motors.

They came to my house to check why my car wouldn't start, diagnosed a faulty battery and took it away to get a replacement fitted. At a subsequent service and mot booking they performed the work quickly and efficiently. They phoned to get authorisation to fix some faults and provided details of other issues that might need dealing with at the next service or before.

I'm their customer since a couple of years and I found always a good and professional service. The staff is very helpful and all I needed to be done to my car, it was performed quickly and with a proper estimate of how much I would have spent.

Did my MOT and associated work last month and car and caravan tyres this week. On both occasions the customer service and efficiency was first class from start to finish. Jobs carried out date and time of my choice, kept me fully informed throughout and finished when they said they would be. A great team in all departments. Would highly recommend for service and price and will no doubt be returning

Called in this morning to try and buy some coolant because my van was low and I was in a pinch especially as a busy chimney sweep in October! Anyway they didn’t have any bottles for sale as they buy it in bulk! Martin asked me to bring the van round to the courtyard and had a technician with me in minuets to top me up and get me back on the road and they never even asked me for a brass button!!! So quite rightly they deserve a five star review for this fantastic service. I really appreciate this thanks Martin top fella 👍🏻
