Manor Farm House Bed & Breakfast

Fantastic stay. The family were amazing from booking to leaving. I was walking the Wolds way. There was advice, trips to chip shops, comfortable rooms, actual milk instead of those minute milk pots, delicious breakfast, help with baggage transfers and lifts to the Way. A very warm welcome after a long day of walking the Yorkshire wolds way. Very friendly family, with lovely relaxed atmosphere to the welcome. Room spacious, very clean with all essentials. Beautiful views from the room. Small fridge outside the room with fresh milk for drinks. The hosts very kindly dropped us to and back from the local pub for our evening meal and then back to the route the following day. Nice fresh breakfast with lots of options. Complete with the bonus of meeting a newly hatched chick!! Great place to stay.

We stopped while on a walking holiday. The welcome was very warm, our host seemed to genuinely enjoy meeting people and welcoming them into his home, he and his family was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable and had everything we needed shower was lovely and hot - toiletries, hair dryer all included. We even got packup for our walk. There was facilities to make a drink, fresh milk, TV. Breakfast was lovely - ingredients fresh and well cooked, a comfortable, homely lounge very clean throughout. A relaxing stay and a great sleep. A great pub just a mile down the road. Many thanks to our lovely hosts for there hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great stop over on last leg of the wolds way. Comfy beds and opportunity to soak tired legs in a bath was very welcome. Owners very helpful in dropping off & pick up from the local pub aswell. Everything you could want & a great breakfast to. Perfect!

Diverted off the Wolds Way (800 m) for overnight accommodation before last leg of walk into Filey. Large, clean and comfortable bedrooms. Superb breakfast and we were lucky that the proprietor, David offered us a lift to local pub for supper, and then drove us the following morning back to the Wolds Way route. Above and beyond the service expected.
