Yorkshire Homestead Group Accommodation

A beautiful house with lots of room and character. Ideal for our large family celebration. The bedrooms were quite quirky, the beds comfortable with crisp white bedding. Having 2 rooms on the ground floor was ideal for my mum with mobility problems. The living room and kitchen area is huge the kitchen is very well equipped. For somewhere quieter there is a separate tv room. I would recommend arranging for the hot tub to be preheated as we did and it was ready to use when we arrived. I would highly recommend the Homestead. We all had an amazing stay and would not hesitate to come back.

There were 12 of us staying in the 8 bedrooms which were very comfortable (great mattresses). One of the rooms does not have a door on the toilet which was a bit strange. The kitchen is fully stocked except for kitchen roll so you might need to pack some. Fab gas BBQ and hot tub (fuel included). The kitchen/seating area was lovely and made everyone feel included. The showers in the bathrooms were big and powerful. the house is on a main road but we didn't get disturbed by the traffic too much. Great time had by all would defo recommend.

Just returned from a weekend here with a group of 15 ladies. What an amazing house, excellent facilities and lots of memories made. The bedrooms are a great size all with en-suite which is perfect when there are lots of people. The house was really easy to find and more than enough parking for plenty of cars. The hot tub was a big hit and was explained really well to us. The dining area was excellent, more than enough seats to sit everyone. There was plenty of equipment/pots/pans/plates/glasses etc The huge fridge and wine cooler was fantastic as we were worried we would run out of space - but it wasn’t a problem. There has been a lot of thought into this house to provide everything needed for an excellent stay. Sarah was really helpful and was on standby the majority of the time if we needed anything. Communication running up to the weekend was good and all questions were answered. Overall, we would all recommend this house, some are even looking at returning at a later date. Just got back from spending a long weekend here with family for my mother's birthday. The house is amazing with large windows to allow plenty of light in and so spacious with a large garden area and plenty of space for parking. Lovely wood fired tub that's under cover and outside seating area with a big BBQ. Large kitchen and dinning room with a utility area, lounge and downstairs loo. Sarah ( Owner) was the perfect host, explained everything to us on arrival. I'd love to return sometime x

Have just returned from a fabulous stay at Yorkshire homestead. 16 of us plus 5 dogs to celebrate a special birthday. The house is so cosy and very spacious. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated, the house is a real home from home and we will definitely be back.
