ZAZA Burgers & Pizza

We used to love this takeaway but it's gone massively down hill of recent. Order was all wrong, got different types of burgers. Burger bread was rock hard, drinks order completely wrong, and they've changed the sauces so they now taste gross. Was late for delivery 1.5 hours Such a shame as it used to be great. Won't order again now.

Order here most times for burgers because it's only burgers I like top notch but few times I'm ordering there cancelled my order when clearly there open gud enough to take money then where waiting few days to get money bk if not open like ya say cancel payments not happy need sorting.

Ordered almost £70 of food via just eat, never arrived. When called to query they advised they had called, no voicemail left. They had accepted the order despite not having the food in advising that it’s just eat process and they can’t take themselves off the just eat orders. The order had gone through and my money taken even though they knew they’d not fulfill it. We know another business had suspended their orders the same evening and it flagged up to browse only. Called just eat to check if it was true they advised it is down to the takeaway to call them to suspend orders. They’d lied, taken my money and I was looking at waiting 5-7 days for refund. Not good enough, will never look at this place again, accepting orders they don’t have food for, taking money despite this and then to lie to customers is despicable. Just eat cleared it up for us luckily. Don’t bother is my advice!

I recently moved up to Yorkshire from the South East - and apart from the Peak District, this is probably the best bit about it. Without a doubt the best burgers I've ever had - restaurant or otherwise. Prices are very fair - their homemade aioli is nothing short of phenomenal - as is the seasoning on the chips. Halloumi fries are also awesome! Burgers are customizable as much as you want and they always get it right & observe notes on orders with specific instructions. Website works great, delivery is always hot and on time (or early), I even went there to pickup an order the other week just to have a nosy and it's very clean, modern and tidy with polite and helpful staff. Genuinely don't have a bad word to say about this place. Consider putting the Aioli on the menu on it's own (maybe in a pot or in a bottle?) - I literally want to replace my blood with it it's that good. It'd be great to have some in the fridge - branded maybe?

I was debating about whether to go here or to go to urban burgers. I decided to go here but i was disappointed by the quality of burgers and chips. This place used to do some amazing burgers and lovely steak chips. The burgers are now thin and chips aren't very nice. The packaging is lovely but that all goes into the bin. Its a shame. The staff seem nice but unfortunately the food seems overpriced now. I don't think I will be returning.
