Plenty of options on the menu, the staff were genuinely great, and the food came out quicker than I expected. The place felt well run and easy to enjoy a solid stop

This place really takes the biscuit when it comes to ordering. I waited twenty-five minutes for the wrong order, only to then realise that my correct order had been sitting on the shelf for twenty minutes. Naturally, I wasn't going to accept cold food. ​I consequently obtained a refund and thanked them for wasting my time. Taco Bell, you need to get your act together; having new staff is no excuse for such appalling service. That was twenty-five minutes of my life wasted. It was worse than waiting at A&E (Accident and Emergency).

Shocking ordered over 3 hours ago and food haven’t arrived after ordering a £71 meal. Poor customer service as the restaurant haven’t once answered the phone. Never ordering again. Robbing money and not even answering. Shocking

We got there, we fancied Taco Bell, however there was no seating and who wants to eat hot food in their car in a heatwave? No seating, no sale 🚫

Ordered on just eat, order came missing an entire meal, nobody could be bothered to answer the phone when trying to call multiple times. The food that did show up was cold, and looked as if it had been kicked around the carpark before delivery. Will not be returning. Terrible.
