I bought a car from here less than a year ago and now I have to scrap the car. Customer service wise it was the worst I’ve seen. They made me wait an hour even though they were the ones that invited me. During the purchase I asked for a second key, they didn’t have one so fair enough but later on it magically appeared. They don’t even know what is going on. I started having issues straight away after the purchase which include electrical issues, brakes (they claimed they changed them), DPF and much more, although they said there was nothing wrong with the car. Since then I have spent a decent amount of money on repairs and maintenance which I shouldn’t because I just bought it and they claimed there was nothing wrong with it and in perfect condition. To add to this, it also broke down again this weekend and I just got told that the repairs cost is worth more than the car itself. AVOID AT ALL COST, AND DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are scamming people, sure they have maybe sold a few good cars but they are not to be trusted. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Lovely friendly chap he was very thorough and detailed answered all and any queries and questions I had I was abit of a pain like checking every car going back not mekin mi mind up but the lads over there where brilliant and very patient with me 😁 thought I’d wait to see how my focus drives after buying before leaving feedback 4th month in still as sweet as the day I drove her of the lot, cheers lads n have a merry Christmas n happy new years from pete & Gracie

I dont normally leave reviews but I was really pleased with my top customer service and purchase. So, I enquired about a car I'd seen online and rang up and went to have a look and honestly , i Couldn't fault their services. The guy i spoke to at the garage when looking at the car i was interested in was really helpful, not pushy in the slightest and dead patient with my hundreds of questions, and found he was really knowledgeable within his job and explained things simply and easy to understand being all new to buying a car. There was a few minor problems that came up, but they were reassuring they could find a solution. So I rang them up the next morning and I found their communication really efficient phone calls were fab And they couldn't have helped me enough! And inwent away with my car within 48hours! As car buying can be quite daunting in itself, I'm confident that these guys have your best interest in mind and run a really nice business especially if you're nervous about understanding buying cars. So thank you for making my car purchase easy and being patient, and sending me away with knowledge that just makes my life much easier in the future !

I saw my car at on line we were just travelling back from Middlesbrough when I saw it .. we got to discount motors around 5.50pm and it was shut 😒 a guy from the car wash rang him and he came straight to us within 15 minutes we test drove the car checked it everywhere apart from a few minor jobs on the car it was fab for the age. He gave us a discount on the car because of the jobs . We bought the car !! This kid who gave up his Saturday night for us and came down straight away was a lovely informative and very accommodating... he has some great cars in for first time drivers at affordable prices or if you want a runaround ... discount motors can't do enough for you would deffo recommend 👌

Bought a car less than 3 months ago from Discount Motor Centre and pretty much straight away had issues with Power Steering light coming on, had it health checked at Vauxhall recently and had countless faults, 3 illegal tyres, a hole in the subframe, 2x drop links and a track rod end needing doing, rear brakes down to minimum and hoses needing doing too, exhaust may as well not have been on car. Can’t say that’s all from me driving 2k miles. Not to mention an oil leak causing car to smoke… would not recommend to my worst enemy
