Studio 65

Don’t even deserve one star! I am absolutely devastated. I have my wedding in 4 months and have been left with the hideous hair stage right before. I have been going to this salon and my hair always have been done by Natalie for almost a year. After my last visit (2 weeks ago) Natalie burned my hair by keeping bleach for too long. I noticed this when my hair started to falling down right there after product was washed off. She explained that she has not used ‘a sealer yet’. This never happened to me before but I believed her initially. I came back home and after looking closely, I noticed on both sides of my face hair half way shorter. When messaged Natalie and complained she simply cancelled all future appointments and refunded half of my money I spent. No apology, no offer of rectifying what was done. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. If there is an issue they will simply remove you from the calendar and stop responding to your messages.

I've been coming here to have my hair done by Charlotte since the salon opened. I am always pleased with it. (That's why I come back!) There is a really nice vibe at the salon too. On Tuesday I was booked in for 4 hours to have a total colour change. I thought that would be quite boring. Not at all! It was actually fun ,as it's such a friendly place. And i am delighted with the result, thank you Charlotte.

Absolutely fantastic salon. Their corona virus precautions are excellent and strictly adhered to with minimal impact on the whole salon experience. If you are a bit nervous about attending a salon during this pandemic (as I was) please be reassured that Studio 65 really have gone the extra mile to minimise the risk to all attending their lovely salon.

No matter what treatment you go for, you will seeva friendly face and fantastic service. I travel 15 miles to keep coming here. Wonderful place, real value for money, and will always leave you with a smile :)
