Booked and agreed for Saturday - they were aware of an active leak I had, told me an hour or so before they can’t attend and said they would do Sunday instead at 1400. Didn’t follow up or arrive on Sunday either - left me completely in the dark, would not recommend as clearly unreliable and unaccountable .
