Really poor experience today, ordered food at 7.09pm and it arrived at 9.09pm, we called for an update and a man said it has been waiting 5 minute for a driver and would be with us in 10 minutes. It didn’t arrive, so we called again and there was no answer, we called a 3rd time and was assured that the food was on the way but at this point we knew it had been sat for over 20 minutes. When it arrived it was luke warm and the red velvet cheesecake I ordered had been replaced for orange cake with no communication. I called to ask what this item was and what the ingredients are and was told “I don’t know what’s in it, it’s orange cake” it definitely wasn’t sponge so not ‘cake’ and had some kind of liquid seeping from it, this went straight in the bin. We have ordered here previously and had a good experience, this was awful, won’t ever be ordering again.
Really good food. I love Greek food and this did not disappoint. The falafels were some of the best I've had, and the mixed wrap was also delicious. A good portion size and good for price. The cookie dough wasn't magnificent so probably better for the food rather than desserts, but still lovely
Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Ordered expected at 1835hrs. Made the first phone call at 1930hrs and was told that it was 15 minutes away. Second phone call was made at 2000hrs still no food and was still waiting for pick up. Told I wanted to cancel the order and I wanted a refund to which I was refused and told they wouldn't refund the food.
Found this gem by accident, so decided we would give it a go ( as we are great lovers of Greek cuisine ). The owner Odessia is friendly , and knowledgeable of the food he prepares. Food was ordered at the counter , but also Available on Just Eat & Uber Eats. The chicken skewer comes With chips and a choice of sauces or dips. The Greek Salad is amazing , bigger than you expect and quite substantial. All Prepared fresh , and will definitely be returning to try other menu options
WE ordered at 7 o’clock still not arrived at 10 o’clock. When we rang the restaurant they told us they would get it to us as soon as possible. Still not here after 10 and not answering our phone calls. Appalling customer service. Never will order from these again. Avoid at all costs.
