Hi Michelle, just to give a big thanks to both you and other members of the Crystal Peaks HSBC staff. Such a pleasure to know that staff members are available to assist me on banking matters so close to my home without resorting to sometimes frustrating and impersonal online banking services. I now know where to call when I’m navigating banking with my limited experience. Once again many thanks for all at Crystal Peaks for the valued support you give to me and many others.
Absolutely amazing experience from staff and management, of whom we delt with Emma. Very reassuring and nothing too much trouble for her. My wife and I visited this bank on the 5th of September 2025, to change account s. Mr & Mrs Baxter. Many thanks.
Unhelpful and unfriendly, was told to get a certain piece of paperwork to complete a transaction. Went home to get it, the next day I took that piece of of paperwork in, a different person serving said no to that piece of paperwork, told me to get a different one. Went in with the one I was told to get and was served by a different person who would not accept that piece of paperwork. Really it's too much. Either they are not trained well enough or they are being just plain difficult, very disappointing, frustrating and time consuming
Came into Crystal peaks branch recently and was served by Michelle. She dealt with my query straight away and also told me other options available to me. Fantastic service !
Went today to open a bills account and was served by Hannah who was super helpful she transferred all my direct debits into my new account and even added them up to create a standing order to send enough money across every month. Super helpful
