Bought my car from here in early December. Excellent customer service. Shaun was a delight to deal with, top salesman. And Gareth who sorted the finance was also a delight to deal with. Never pushy, always helpful and communicative regarding any queries. Held car for a week after purchase to send for service and full valet including ceramic coating. I had a positive experience purchasing from Direct Cars. Nick was really helpful and there was no pushiness like I experienced looking around other car sales businesses. Part X was pain free. I've had my car 4 months now, there was one defect with a window button which they fixed free of charge, no other issues since. The detailing to get rid of a dint before collection wasn't the best, but the valet inside was really good.

Went yesterday to look at some cars with wife . Absolutely not a chance I would buy never got spoke to or approached sales staff stood in groups chatting and being ignorant. Ended up buying a kia sportage at castleford kia were paul was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the product

Recently bought my partners 1st car (Hyundai i10 74 plate) from here. Start to finish very friendly and helpful. Helped her make a decision, not pushy at all, any questions were no trouble. Very happy with the service and would buy from here again in the future!

Bought a kia Sportage and I have had to return 4 times for repairs in 8 months recently handbrake stopped working and was refused as they said my warranty wasn't valid. Everytime I brought the car back had to wait weeks to get it in for repairs I thought the cars were supposedly checked thoroughly obviously not. VERY UNHAPPY and after that reply hand break is a safety issue and WOW that car was checked out by you if it's back in that many times I seriously wouldn't buy another car fom you as obviously you don't check these vehicles.
