Not a first time once again. Not knocked on doors, no red card, tracking shows delivered, but proof is no where to even match the location. Absolutely blurry picture of where parcel been left. Last time front curtains were closed, so he said oh I thought you not home. Good deal heard someone at front.... This time not even delivered to right address... Gotta be kidding right? What for are you striking for if you can't do your jobs as is? Impossible to submit complaint on website too...

Got card through door saying needed to pay extra for parcel. Went to delivery office today, Wednesday, which, according to card should have been open from 07.00-20.00. I arrived at 10.45 and shutters were down. It says on card that opening hours are, 10.00-12.00 all days except Wednesday 07.00-20.00 and Saturday 07.00-14.00. I looked online and it says on there that opening hours are 08.00-10.00 except Saturday when open till 12.00. Which one is correct, I can’t afford the time to keep going and it’s closed !!

A package was sent to me from inside England. 2 weeks later, they attempted to deliver it after 9am but I was at work. I arranged a redelivery on the Saturday. I saw a post man about 9:30am the Saturday at the mail box but he did not have the package. He assured me that it will be delivered by another person. At 11am, I called their customer service rep because I did not get my package. They told me that it can be delivered up to 1pm. I continued to wait. I phoned back at 12:50pm because my package had not arrived. The customer service rep now tells me that packages can be delivered up to 4pm. I informed him that that was incorrect as per his colleague earlier. He now decided to check his system for my package. After a few minutes, he returned saying my package was delivered after 9am and it was signed for. I was upset at that point due to the absolute tomfoolery of these people. I had to repeat to this man over and over, that the reason I was phoning is because I never got my package and I have been waiting all day to sign for it. He eventually got it, and said he will send a note to the office letting the postman know that it was delivered to the wrong address and to redeliver it to me today. I waited until 4:30pm but this did not happen. On Monday at 7am, I went to this office. The supervisor proceeded to tell me that the reason was that the address on the package was incorrect. So I asked her how did they deliver it to my apt the first time if that was the case, she said she did not know. There was one instance that I was told that I phoned them to say send it to my nearest post office and that was where it was redelivered, I never made that phone call and had no idea what she was talking about. One of her subordinates said that he told them no, that it was supposed to be redelivered to my apt. Bottom line is, I was about to phone the police because they were just lying about the whole issue. They handed me my package after a while and the label with my name was almost torn off. I had a tracking number for this and had been tracking it everyday. I only saw a change it that status that it was posted from the original location and the day they tried to deliver it. The Sunday after the redelivery fiasco, it updated to say they attempted to redeliver it and I was not at home. There was no card left to support this and it was a blatant lie on their part.

Friendly staff and decent parking but need to improve on their opening times. It’s frustrating getting there and realising they’ve shut up early. Spoke to a postman and he said since covid they seem to lock up when they want. This isn’t acceptable - published opening times are there for a reason.
