I did an e-consult this morning and was seen before lunch. The lady i saw was great, very helpful and although it's a seasonal virus that I'm suffering from, she reassured me that it was worth coming in and gave me lots of helpful advice. Thank you.

My wife broke her ankle abroad and we we seen by Dr Strachan immediately on our return. He was extremely helpful and enabled my wife to get great care. Thank you.

I found the lady on reception on my initial visit quite patronising and dismissive with little compassion. However I subsequently spoke to another member of the reception team on the phone and was given an appointment to see a Clinician later the same day. The Clinician was excellent and listened to my problem without rushing me.

I would just like to say how grateful I am to Teresa, the practice nurse at Killamarsh Medical. I have never been treated with more kindness, empathy and genuine concern from a medical professional, and she is a pleasure to seen by. Her warm and caring demeanour really do make her the best at what she does, and I was put at ease throughout. Teresa also is more than happy to help and calls when she says she will! A rare gem ☺️ thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sophie x

Huge thanks to paramedic practitioner named Angela, recently saw my husband with a problem in his arm, which we just thought was cellulitis Angela had a niggling doubt that thankfully she followed and sent him to hospital, which am really grateful she did as it turned out to be a thrombosis. Thankfully with the right meds he’s on the mend and he can safely enjoy our long haul upcoming flight, So Angela if your reading this I think your amazing at your job and we as a family are really grateful to you. I hope she gets to hear about this review.
