Blundells Sales and Letting Agents Crystal Peaks

Viewing confirmed the same morning for 10:00. We arrived early and waited until 10:20 — no one showed up. When I called at 10:20, I spoke to Mr Jonson, who said the viewing was “cancelled” and that they “couldn’t contact me”, which is not true — I had my phone with me all day and was fully reachable. He showed complete indifference and zero willingness to help or take responsibility. Wasted time, fuel, and had to leave work. This level of service is unacceptable and shows total disregard for clients. Avoid this agency.

It's got to be well over a year since I first decided to down size. I looked at different estate agents and decided on Blundells. Leanne came to value my home and she was curtious polite and very professional. All the staff were really nice and I felt comfortable every time I had to visit Blundells at Crystal Peaks. But one lady shone out Sarah Peace She was so attentive and knowledgeable she helped me fill in forms ,kept me updated on house enquiries and interest. I can never be more grateful for all the help she's given me as a single Women. Her enthusiasm for her job is second to none and I don't think I could have got through this house sale without her. She really is an asset to Blundells! Now im nearly ready to move house I just want yo say a big thank you too all the staff at Blundells but especially to Sarah you really are a shining star....I've given 5 stars but not enough I would give Sarah double that and I would recommend Blundells( and I have done) everytime. Thank you Sarah the kettle will be on with a chocolate brownie in a few weeks I'd love you to see my new home.

After months of stressful house hunting, i finally found Blundells. I have now secured a nice property and the experience was far better than previous letting agencies. All staffs were quick (important for me) and professional in handling the processes and comms. Special thanks to Taylah Ripley for making this fast and seamless. I highly recommend!

I've never really had a positive experience with lettings agencies but every interaction with the people working at this branch has been great - fast responses and good service overall, especially from Eloise Wootton, and others who have worked on the day we collected keys.
