Chaplin's Hair & Beauty - Halfway [Design One]

Never felt so welcomed in a hair salon before. I’m normally a very anxious person in new environment, especially for a service, but Brittany put me right at ease. Amazing staff, really talkative & friendly. I left feeling really cared for and with amazing looking hair. Loved my experience, thank you :).

Since lock down I haven't been to a hairdressers and my hair needed a good cut and colour brit was fantastic made me feel welcome and relaxed we chatted like i known her years she was lovely! looking forward to going back 🙌🙂

Brittany is very good she took my hair and made it less brassy , I had previously coloured it myself and I didn’t realise how yellow brassy it was , she really does put her best effort in and is honest with you of what’s achievable , I look forward to seeing you in October again thanks Brittany - you need a pay rise doing this all on your own thank you 🙏

I fully agree with all them positive reviews on Brittany's work - she is a great hairdresser, highlights by her are lovely, she listens, she makes an effort for you and she is such a lovely, genuine person. Id recommend to anyone who wants highlights work done. I will be back !

Design One has friendly staff but it's a bit chaotic. I went here with a voucher and got my hair cut. First time in a while, I wouldn't recommend as I am thinking of going somewhere else to get it cut again soon.
