Helen is always achieving the impossible! I’ve gone from mousy brown to balayage to ashy/icy blonde back to my natural mousy brown! 🤌 Always a fun time in the salon, love a good gossip with the ladies on a Saturday morning! 🥰 110% recommend, never a dull moment🩷
Just love this place! I rang up for a drop of a hat trim. I was fitted in more or less strait away. Upon arrival I was made to feel very welcome. The place is so cosy and quirky decor makes it home from home for me. Helen was so friendly and chatty. Made me feel at ease and listened too. Did an amazing trim for me exactly what I wanted. No pressure or anything. Relaxed atmosphere without the hustle and bustle of lots of people. I will deffinately be coming back as I have been hoping to find a little place like this for ages. Thank you so much xxx
As we are moving to the area I wanted to try a local hairdressers, and so went to HQ Hair and Beauty not knowing anything about it, making an appointment for a cut and blow dry for me and a Children's cut for my three year old which was her first time at a proper hairdressers. Helen was excellent, incredibly friendly and went to great lengths to reassure my toddler and help her feel comfortable. Having struggled to find a good hairdresser in Chesterfield over the past 6-7 years, Helen did a really great cut for me, putting in really nice layers and leaving it feeling and looking so much better. Will definitely be returning!
Had a full hair colour and cut with Helen for the first time today, absolutely love my hair, she listened to exactly what I wanted and even went out of her way to get my colour in and fit me in last minute. Thankyou so much i will definitely be back xx
Went to the Salon for 1st time today, after previous bad experiences at different salons. Helen was very welcoming put me at ease from the moment of walking in highlighted my hair fresh trim, left feeling a million dollars with my confidence boosted.
