Had my first time hair cut with Millie. She did a fab job. Really happy with the cut and finish.

Hi guys, earlier I had written a review, only to find it had been hacked, down-starred and edited within hours. Thank you to the salon for replying to my review, as this alerted me to the fact that my reviews for yourselves and my sons wedding venue had been hacked. I have reset my Google passwords so here is my review as I had written it. I have been to The Place many times and had various stylists including Jodie Jess and Julie. Today I had Mel, I was extremely well looked after today and a lot of time was spent colouring cutting and styling my hair. I absolutely love it so much. Mel is so friendly and welcomed me even though I hadn’t had her before. She had really good advice on both colour and styling. Can’t wait to see you again when it’s ready for touching up. ❤️ shout out to the Receptionists too, always helpful especially appreciated as I’m on crutches

Nat has been doing my hair now for the last 4yrs. My hair was in really bad condition after years of home colouring and she had a big job on her hands getting it healthy again. All the staff are very welcoming and I really look forward to my 6 weekly appointments. Highly recommended 5* service.

This is a great business, run by fabulous people. I have been going to the salon for more years than I can remember and it is always a lovely experience as all the staff are friendly and customer service is spot on. My stylist Natalie is not only a talented hairdresser but great with people and we share our stories and support each other! Would recommend 100%.

I’ve been a customer for years and recommend them to anyone. The team are lovely, really friendly and helpful. I’ve been with Serena for over 20 years and I always get a fabulous cut. Their colours and treatments are amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Top rating xx 10/10
