Jay Gas

Helped me out over the phone when my boiler stopped working. Extremely friendly and helpful and helped me get it back up and running. Will definitely go to Jay again :) Edit: Had Jay Gas install a new boiler for us. They were extremely friendly and worked really hard over three days and offered a good price for all the work they did. They've even come out to help since then when a couple of things went wrong and fixed the issues really quickly. Couldn't recommend these guys more, they are amazing!!

A quality job at a fair price. After phoning 5 different plumbers to disconnect a hob, Jay and one other guy came in about the same price. Other quotes were nearly £60 more, which is ridiculous to disconnect a hob. Jay has always been quick to arrive at the house I'm renovating, even on a Saturday night. I called him in an emergency having removed a radiator and disturbed a valve which wouldn't stop leaking. Jay has always been willing to explain details about the boiler in my property and how to re-pressurise or some of the features. I even called him to ask for some advice over the phone which he was keen answer. In my opinion he's an honest guy trying to earn a living like the rest of us. He does a good job for a fair price ,where others seem to offer the same job at 2 or 3 times the price. I'll certainly be calling on Jay Gas in the not to distant future to carry out more work in my home.

Jay was really friendly and helpful and did a great job of fitting two new radiators for us. He even went out of his way to get radiator valves after we’d forgotten to get them. Would definitely use again.

Two weeks ago jay came and gave us a quote to fit us a new boiler. He was very informative and we where happy with what he advised. Two weeks later and our new boiler is in and running. There was no changing dates turning up late or giving us excuses. He arrived this morning and although things didn’t always go to plan by tea time we had our new boiler installed. Can’t thank jay enough. Professional to the end. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Jay Gas for a quote to have our central heating system flushed which is microbore pipes. The radiators had not been efficient for over a year and had cold spots across most of the downstairs radiators. Jay gas attended and flushed our system and all our radiators are now red hot. He changed the valve on one of the radiators which had seized up for no extra cost. We are really impressed with his work and will be using his services again in the future. Reliable, knowledgeable and good value for money. He was also really clean and tidy and didnt leave any mess. I would recommend him to anyone.
