AB Castle Removals & Storage

A couple of days ago I moved into my new house where AB Castle were completing a clearance. On arrival the people who sold us the house said that AB Castle had just left but with our Wheelie Bins to empty them and they would be back to clear out the garage, basement and greenhouse shortly. I waited for 2 hours and no one came. I range first thing the next day and was told someone would come. Late in the day they came, emptied some of the garage and did not return the wheelie bins, and left without me knowing. I called them again and they said they would send them back. On return I had to watch them to make sure they actually cleared everything out. But they still have not returned our Wheelie Bins. Will be reporting them to the council if not resolved this week. I have had no apology and the owner has been acted like it is all my fault. Awful service, especially at a stressful time. Avoid.

I was recommended the company by a friend, I found them extremely professional and very careful how they loaded and unloaded items into and out of the van. They took real care in ensuring things were wrapped up correctly such as teles and large furniture and all in all the service was outstanding and extremely valuable in price. Cannot thank the removal men enough for the job they did would highly recommend the company and the outstanding service given thank you 😊

Had a removal with AB Castle in August. Arrived late for removal, swpre on front of kids and made a 4 hr job last nralry 7 hrs so the removal men got more pay as they are payed per hour on a job They caused over £2,000 of damages to cushion flooring at 2 separate address. They refused to take responsibility and offered £120 incompensation. Unprofessional behaviour throughout the removal and after. Avoid amd use a proper removal company that cares about your items

A B Castle moved the contents from my father-in-law’s home when he moved into a nursing home a few years ago and have kept them in storage until last week. We have made numerous trips to take something out of storage and have always found all the staff, including those in the office, to be very professional and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend the company.

AB Castle moved us from Sheffield to Grantham, The service from start to finish was everything we expected. The guys on the van were professional and efficient, we really couldn't have asked for more.
