Went into Crystal Peaks branch today to see Anna who we booked our holiday with. I needed some help printing everything off and talking through the itinerary. Anna was absolutely fantastic. She went through absolutely everything, did all the printing off and checked us in on our cruise. This lady is by far the best travel agent i have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble. She is honestly just so so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Anna x

Called in today 27/01/26 with my husband. We were prepared to spend as long as it took to book a holiday for June. We told the assistant where we wanted to go, varying destinations, all inclusive . Not much interest shown, printed off two hotels and was told, "when you've made yr mind up, call back". We were in about 20 minutes. Won't call back there again

I would like to say a big big thank you to Cathy, she had a lot to deal with for our holiday. She sorted Special assistance for 2 of my party including me, she had to deal with a lot of hiccups with the arrangement and always was professional to a tee !! Great person and I would consider to be the best person I have had to deal with when booking my holidays. A big thank you !!!

Fantastic start to finish! On booking our wedding in cyprus! Staffing was amazing. Especially Sandra who sorted everything for us :) Would definitely book our next family hoilday with hays travel! Thankyou again all,

Great level of service offered from all the team. One person did stand out…. Cathy was excellent, she really did go above and beyond. Thank you all we will be back!
