It’s not often I leave reviews but I’ve been in to book a holiday where it will be just me and my son. I’m quite nervous about doing the airports alone with a little one but Karen was great. Not only did she find me a lovely holiday with loads to do but really put me at ease traveling alone. I came out the shop feeling so excited. Thank you Karen.

After previously being sold an unsuitable holiday (the location was totally wrong for my disability), I hadn’t intended travelling with TUI again. However, my wife was advised to contact Karen at the Drake House branch, when we were planning our next holiday. Despite my reservations with TUI, we took the advice and contacted Karen who found us the perfect destination which ensured the limitations of my disability didn’t impact on our holiday. Karen’s thoroughness and attention to detail made sure we had a holiday to remember for all the right reasons!

Karen is so knowledgeable. She puts you at ease. She is worth her weight in gold. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She booked us a holiday after going through every detail. She is so reassuring. One hotel I looked at she said would not be for us as was catered for children and we like a peaceful. Karen you deserve a medal for putting up with us!!

I booked my first cruise with Che, he was extremely helpful and explained what to expect from my holiday. I had lots of questions and Che was very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to reassure me on my worries about sailing. Thanks to his efficient approach we got a very good price and a free upgrade. I will definitely be looking at booking future holidays with Tui!

Just back from our second TUI holiday in Nerja at the RIU Monica. We had the pleasure of booking our holiday with TUI at Drakehouse in Sheffield. Rebecca organised our holiday, she was very helpful, gave us good advice on TUI insurance and travel arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble for her and any questions we had she sorted. Our next TUI holiday we will be booking with Rebecca.
