Ordered a chair and paid £9.99 extra for next day delivery. Chair still isn't here over a week later. Wayne (the manager) refused to take any of my numerous calls, and the staff are unable to process refunds. I've now reported them to Trading Standards, and have had to start a Paypal dispute to get my £237.99 back. Please don't give your money to this company!

Didnt even want to give this company a rating but had no other option in order to process my review!!!! Absolutely disgusted with this company, sent me a broken bed, has been an ongoing dispute now since early MAY to TRY and get a new bed or a refund. No customer care what so ever. The make believe manager is called "Wayne" who is never in, can never take a phone call and can never reply to any calls or E-mails, you can not get a direct number for him and you are unable to get his surname, receptionists apparantly say they are unable to give out this information. So anyone who is in the same boat as me, i would advise you ( strongly advise you) to contact the CAB just like i have and let them deal with it, oh and also when contacting them be sure to know its a dodgy number and i have had £20 in charges, there is actually no point in ringing because you get absolutly no where!!!!! Never in my life have i dealt with such ignorant people. I have told the receptionist today i will ring every single day until i get my refund for the BROKEN BED and the £20 phone bill charge!!! BEWARE.Dont despatch items when they say they have and don't respond to emails.waited in on the Friday 7thJuly as said would be delivered that day. Got an email on 10 th saying driver did pick item up as first day of using UK mail and would give 5% discount.I emailed several times to see when item might arrive no response.To me if driver didn't pick up that day should should pick.up the next day Finally arrived on Wednesday 12th July. Some of pieces of wood were damaged but they were at back unit so can't see so just put together as they don't reply to emails no point. Got the 5% back using PayPal otherwise I probably would not have got it

I order 8 chairs from this business. It did not get delivered after 15 days. When I call them they just saying they have no update and can't even say what happened to the order. Worst purchase experience, customer service and overall business I have dealt with. If you want to get rid of your money and get nothing for it buy from allure furnishing

I could only make this post by giving the company a 1 star.....they don't deserve this!!!....diabolical company...scammers!!! They took £288.56 from my account and I have never received my goods...disgusted. I paid £35 delivery charge to have the furniture delivered on a Saturday (28th October) still nothing. I have contacted this company by email many times....no response...tried calling....no joy...please stay clear of this company...I am currently taking legal advice.
