Very good initial experience as no pushy salesmen and helpful staff but they don't sell bar stools in singles only pairs! Also the salesman hiked up the original prices to make out he was doing me a great deal only for me to spot the true prices in the small print. Be wary.

We visited Furniture Village Sheffield at the weekend. We were served by Graham who was so helpful and approachable. He gave good product knowledge and advise. We placed an order for a dining suite and some accessories which we are now waiting to be delivered. We will definitely be returning in the future 😊

We visited furniture village sheffield sat 11th Oct. We were only in the store 2-3mins when a member of the store asked if he could help in anyway, he introduced himself as Jonathan and asked if he could get us a drink. He was so polite, professional and Helpful. He then left us to browse and only returned to us when we needed him. There was no pressure from him or any of the staff, it was lovely and relaxing for my wife and I. There was a wide range to look at and we were there about 2 hours. We purchased a table and chairs and are very excited for the delivery.

Wayne Sproston was extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional with just the right amount of friendliness. He was approached without any forcefulness which is sometimes more than apparent with some sales staff. Excellent service and a credit to the company.

Really lovely experience. My sales man was great, not too pushy but was completely attentive. He made me feel relaxed & comfortable & gave me the time to make my mind up on what I wanted. He was very patient & gave me all the appropriate options & sound advice to help me make the right choice for my room. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase & all the service provided. It fits into my room beautifully, I couldn’t have wished for better. Thank you.
