lovely shop with lots of gifts and varied products for the home, oak furniture also. staff very friendly, helpful & welcoming. easy access as crystal peaks has plently of parking, as well as a bus station. great shop!

*** Contacted head office regarding the issue below. The lady who I spoke to was lovely & very understanding. She arranged for a DPD courier to collect the unused item & issued a refund. Thank you for your help, it is very much appreciated *** Trust pilot review edited for The Gift Company, but as for the store at Crystal Peaks, I can’t justify changing the rating, it’s a shame that the staff let The Gift Company down!! *** What a dreadful experience *** The manager & staff are extremely rude & very sarcastic. They are so unprofessional & totally out of their depth. Extra customer service training needed at this store. Let’s hope head office deal with the incompetent staff that they employed!!

Appalling customer service at Crystal Peaks store!! Manageress rude and unhelpful - certainly doesn’t belong in a customer service environment. I’d give no stars but that isn’t an option.

Soon after purchasing my item I noticed it had a very large stain on the back of the pillow which I had not noticed in the store, I straight away returned to the shop and asked if this could be swapped for another one. The manager who I spoke with laughed in my face and told me he won’t be exchanging as it is me that has done this. I explained that I had not noticed in the store and I hadn’t even left crystal peaks with it so it can not be me. The manager again was very rude, laughed in my face and told he will not be exchanging. I would advise anybody shopping here to thoroughly check there products before purchasing. I will be returning again as it is against my consumer rights for this to be replaced.

A fabulous place to find gifts for everyone
