Lovely caravan and camping park, when checking in I mentioned it was our first time in a caravan and the lady on reception was super helpful with advice and offering support should we need it. The site is lovely, plenty of space on the pitches with distance from other pitches. The toilet and shower facilities are really nice and for the time of year they were heated really warm. Around the site is lovely walks and good mountain bike trails. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again
A little gem hidden away at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. The staff were very friendly and always helpful with our enquiries. Our super hardstanding pitch was fantastic and required no ramps, a first for me :-) Amenities were spotless and the whole site kept to a high standard. We only had a weekend stay but would definitely recommend.
What an amazing site. So beautifully looked after and massive pitches. Was totally blown away by the reception and cafe/bar area. Staff very friendly and prices reasonable. Security good and would recommend for solo female stays. Will be booking again.
We stayed in caravan pitch number 2 which was absolutely huge. Water and mains electric hookup. If you are taking an awning, be sure to get ground screws instead of regular pegs as the hard standing is very, well, hard. Fish and chip van on the Friday was incredible, some of the best we’ve ever had. Toilet and shower block are clean and well kept. Cafe does toast and tea cakes and a few packet sandwiches. Coffee is a solid 7/10 but they turn the machine off at 7pm 😭
Excellent shower rooms. So clean. Pitches large. Full service . Good walks to Rothervally. Fantastic veiw . So close to where we live but feel like we have been away and relaxed. We will be returning soon
