Escrick Surgery

Moved to this practice a year ago from one in selby which I was disatisfied with. Escrick surgery always have same day appointments if you need to see a doctor urgently. All staff are curteous & efficient with communication in person & telephone. There is also a practice in North Duffield which has sessions certain days Also benefits from an in house pharmacy which is excellent. On occasions I have needed a telephone appointment to discuss any issues I may have with my disabled partner. A GP always rings back same day & deals with any problems he has often without resorting to taking him into the surgery. Cany praise this practice enough

Great service ,kind caring staff that go out of their way to help ,being at this practice has taken away the stress of needing to see dr and not having to go through lengthly on line procedure only to be advised we need to wait weeks. Don't go often but reassuring to know they are there when we need them

The two stars are for the rarity when I speak to a member of the reception team who is patient and kind, which has happened on the odd occasion. What usually happens is that we are given the impression our phone call is a nuisance. Why choose a customer facing role if you hate dealing with customers?

Lost the plot since Covid. Three week wait for a blood test. Need to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to read all the signs on how to behave. Waiting room always empty despite long wait for appointments. They are not as busy as they lead you to believe. Desperately in need of new management

Lovely staff, always helpful. Great at being able to get an appointment. Excellent parking facilities
