Indulge Grill

Absolutely horrified by my experience. I ordered a buy-one-get-one-free pizza deal through Uber Eats. When the delivery arrived, one of the pizzas was fine, but the other was completely burnt and the base was undercooked in parts. I called the takeaway directly to resolve the issue, but the person I spoke to had a terrible attitude. I calmly explained that one of the pizzas was burnt and asked for a replacement, but they refused to admit it and were incredibly rude— even swearing at me. I was shocked by how unprofessional they were. I eventually had to go through Uber Eats to sort it out. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this level of service and behaviour is completely unacceptable. After checking other recent reviews, it seems I’m not the only one with a bad experience. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely Shocking, biggest waste of money, quality and quantity was TERRIBLE, £8.50 for what they advertise as a ‘kebab’, they’d sliced open what looked like the little side bit of pitta you get with a curry and stuffed it with literal ration portions. The most unflattering, SAD, pathetic looking thing I’d ever seen pics don’t even do it justice. It came cold, sauce was incorrect, coke was flat. On top of all of this I contacted them, the man I spoke to was incredibly dismissive, first time he hung up on me! Completely resistant to offer any form of refund or simple apology, no customer service skills whatsoever. If you enjoy being robbed blind and getting full off of 6 slices of donner meat, I’d highly recommend.

Usually order many times and is usually very nice but my food came cold and my pitta was burnt, phoned to ask if it was busy and explain my problem to be told he had put it in the grill and it's flavour, it's put me off my food

It was very nice food but took to long to come they said 20 minutes then it had been 45 minutes and we rang and they said 10 more minutes and the food was very soggy and the box was ripped and Falling apart and the food fell on the table we still ate it but like why was the chicken in a pizza box they should have known that it would rip

I had a very good experience at Indulge Grill, a local takeaway in Kings Cross, Halifax that offers a variety of delicious dishes. I ordered the grilled chicken with rice, which was cooked to perfection and seasoned with herbs and spices. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the rice was fluffy and aromatic. The portion size was generous and satisfying, and the presentation was appealing. The service was excellent, as the staff were friendly and attentive. They took my order quickly and delivered it in a timely manner. The place was clean and with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend Indulge Grill to anyone who is looking for a tasty and affordable meal in Halifax. It is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition and appreciation. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu items and enjoy their hospitality for sure!
