Elland Banking Hub

So glad that a banking hub has come back to Elland. It has different staff from different banks attending so that you can personalised service. The counter staff are from the Post Office. My wife and I have found the service excellent and such a joy to speak to a human being instead of trying to ring for banking services.

Great to have banking amenities back in Elland. Used today for the first time and will use again - just like going in to my own bank, and if I do need to speak to someone from my own bank specifically, they have a dedicated day you can book an appointment which is great to know. Lovely lady who served me.

Excellent service from Natalie who came across from Barclays in Huddersfield on a Wednesday morning. Much easier than going into one of the main towns and she helped me with a superb level of service to sort out some bits and pieces that would have been a lot more tricky to do over the phone or through bots. A great initiative and look forward to using it more in the future!

I have been in today to pay a cheque into our business account. The person behind the counter was really helpful and I felt that I could ask her any question and if she didn't know the answer she would look it up. You can't ask for more than that. I would definitely recommend using this facility. Saved me a trip to Huddersfield, which is a nightmare. I just need the banks to catch up now and increase the amount of cash businesses can pay in over a year at the Banking Hub and it will go some way to address the problems caused by Bank Closures. Especially if the staff are all as good as the person that served me.
