Southowram Surgery, part of Spring Hall Group Practice

Extremely third class surgery - all of their branches under springhall group. No communication at all. Booked two appointments today for myself and my son. The lady on the phone provided me with a phone appointment at 4.15 and in person for my son at 5. I took time off work and picked my kids from school early to be available for phone appointment as they could ask for physical appointment on the phone consultation. Received a text at 16.29 stating I did not attend my appointment. I went to the surgery with my son, spoke to the receptionist who stated it was a physical appointment despite categorically being confirmed as phone only. Denied to see me and asked to make a complaint and speak to the doctor at surgery who marked not attended. Dr Mohamed Mousa stated he has other patients after my son and denied the checkup - two minutes later after my son was seen and I was speaking with the receptionist, he walked past and left the surgery - pathetic liar. I was given an email address for the manager with 14 days response time means I shall stay in pain or go to A&E and waste the whole night. Upon countless requests and staying on hold by surgery no to speak to someone and requeat to be seen by a doctor, the receptionist called someone at springhall surgery and and asked me to visit main surgery and discuss with a lady named Sally Richmond. I drove back to springhall from southowram and wowwwwww - such a rude lady Sally turned out to be. Categorically denied any fault on their end, surgery manager not in as always, no appointments offered, nothing resolved, no call recording provided. Just send an email and management will check, call tomorrow and book an appointment. Denied to book it for tomorrow and didn't agree to call me and book one tomorrow either. Had no answer and trying to get off so when I don't get any call morrow, I can simply be told, we don't know what was your discussion with Sally as she isn't here today - she herself confirmed it. Still waiting here for over half an hour now for a response from her. Looking for another surgery. Pathetic people, shouldn't be called healthcare professionals and doctors, rather be called ruthless butchers.

The worst surgery I've ever been with. Tried to get an appointment face-to-face with a doctor through the online system and what did I get? I've got a phone appointment with a pharmacist. What a joke… The pharmacist called me and told me to come to the pharmacy and when I got there he didn't help me at all as he told me to use all the medicines I've been using already for a week. Every time I try to get an appointment all I get is a phone call from a doctor/nurse. How can you get proper help/treatment when a doctor doesn't even see you? Nobody cares about patients in this surgery.

No longer fit for purpose. I've heard jab rate has gone up to 15 quid from £12.58. You are wilfully ignorant at this stage of the game. Do no harm?

I'm fortunate that I need to make use of the service rarely but when I have done so I've found it excellent. Staff have a great attitude and seem to be nice people. Thank you to them all.

Bad care for elderly patients, wouldn't refer my disabled grandmother for more tests because they "didn't want to irradiate an older patient" and "I wouldn't like injections in my knee (sic)"
