Kerry Watkins at Bramleys in elland, as well as Joeanne Higgins have been superb and supportive throughout the entire selling of our house. We had some unfortunate things happen in our selling journey but Kerry was positive all the way and really restored my faith the whole time. She’s a pleasure to have dealt with. I’m sure the whole team are amazing too. Highly recommend anyone to sell with Bramleys in elland !

Jo and Kerry where amazing all the way through the process, and it has to be said that I put my house my house on the market 3 times, so they were very patient with me. 10 / 10 ladies.

We recently bought our new house with Bramleys. From the moment we completed our first viewing we started speaking to Mel quite regularly. We had a number of viewings throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. Despite using an agent with no high street presence to sell out previous property Mel still kept us fully informed about the position of our sale and purchase. I would highly recommend Bramleys (Elland) and if you're fortunate to have Mel looking after you then rest assured you will be taken care of.

Bramleys went above and beyond to support us buying our house and also did a better job chasing everything up with the sale of our house which was via another estate agents. Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to answer questions and give advice about the process.

I bought my new house through Bramleys! Mel was a star throughout the process. I was kept up to date with progress at least every other week and they were very responsive to my questions!! The estate agent I used to sell my old property spoke to me three times in 19 weeks to show the difference!! Well done Bramleys, I’ll be selling my house through you next time!!
