Oxley property are the managing agents of our block of flats and to be honest, they don’t know what they are doing. If you ask them any difficult questions they totally ignore you. Pay a little more and get a better property management company to manage your property

We were disappointed that they had forgotten to chase a tennant for not paying the rent. We had to deal with eviction 6 mths after none payment. They forgot to organise a gas safety certificate. The flat had no certificate for 3 months. Would not use again. We went back to our property and the keys they returned to us were not our property. Office closed whenever we call. One of the brothers works as a part time PE teacher and they own a pub in Huddersfield. Absolute amateurs avoid at all costs.Tried saying this was a fake review from the competitors, clueless.

My advice to anyone looking to rent is please don’t use these guys, pay a few % more and go to a reputable company. They are all talk and no substance; they skirt round the bare basics of what they need to do and are whole inadequate at managing properties. You will be paying for sub standard service and have issues at the end of the tenancy.
