Merv at Springhead Funeral Services has been absolutely outstanding when arranging my dad’s funeral. From the very first moment, he treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, which made an incredibly difficult time so much easier to cope with.Merv is calm, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring, guiding us through every step with care and understanding. Nothing ever felt rushed, and every detail was handled with professionalism and sensitivity. Merv together with Simon and James went above and beyond to ensure my dad’s funeral was a beautiful and dignified tribute to his life. Their empathy, attention to detail, and quiet strength meant more to our family than words can express. We felt completely supported throughout the entire process.

It seems strange writing a review of this nature but I feel it necessary not just for Caroline who looked after us but for those choosing a service. Her care and attention to us and our uncle who sadly passed away was second to none. She was so easy to deal with and so friendly. She filled me with confidence and ensured that the whole sad process ran smoothly but all the time treating us with total respect. Nothing was too much for her and it was clear she knew why she was doing. I cannot recommend Caroline and Springhead enough to make what is a sad event as painless as possible, which is all you can ask for. Thank you Caroline

Absolutely wonderful service. My mum chose a 'pure' type cremation, unattended. It actually helped us as a family because I don't think we could deal with a funeral. Mum got the respect and dignity that she deserved. Caroline kept us informed, every step of the way. Very professional, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them xx
