I don’t normally do reviews but I came here the other day and I’m very very happy with my haircut :) it’s exactly how I wanted it (which i’ve had struggles with other hair salons about not having it how I wanted it) and it couldn’t be any more spot on! the staff were also lovely and talkative and I will definitely be coming here in future! thank you guys :)

Great people working there, very friendly and a good chat. Got a perm done and was amazed by the results. Definitely going back and would recommend anyone.

I would highly recommend Lucy to everybody. The work she does is absolutely amazing and you can see how passionate she is about it too! The results just speak for themselves! They look and feel AMAZING! I've followed Lucy's work for years and was so excited to finally get booked in with this hair master!! I've had so many compliments since having my hair done and feel so much more confident! If you're thinking about having extensions/wefts/hair systems etc then please get in touch with Lucy, it will be the best thing you ever do! Really nice friendly place to. Had a lovely coffee while having my hair washed, cut and dried. She even made a special effort to curl my hair. I came out feeling great.

Having lost my hair 18 months ago, I have worn hair extensions and had them fitted by a hair extension specialist in ripponden. Having got my hair to a certain length I was no longer classed as a hair loss sufferer therefore I sought a specialist closer to home which was Lucy, she supplied and fitted Hair which was suppose to last between 2-3 years. I had to return on two occasions within a space of a couple of weeks each time as the bonds were disintegrating not just with me but with other clients also. The last time I returned she fitted new hair which was long and thick, I contacted Lucy as my scalp was beginning to itch and burn quite badly which did not seem to bother her at all upon returning to the salon for a colour she did not even acknowledge I was there. I had the hair extensions removed by another hairdresser who also confirmed that the ratio of Hair fitted was completely wrong and now my hair is starting to fall out again due to the stress and weight of hair on my scalp. Lucy’s response to this was ‘I apologise that you feel unhappy with the service which you have received’. It is a not a matter of being ‘unhappy’ with the service I received I am devastated. I would greatly appreciate if she could have shown some sincerity. We both know the issues I faced were more to do with the execution of her work and the long lasting damage it has had on my hair. The damage is irreparable and I hope it’s worth the profits taken for disintegrating bonds and poor quality hair.
