The Lock Engineer

Called Steve on a Monday and discussed our requirements. He called Tuesday to measure up and further advised what was required. On Friday we had new locks fitted to all doors. Excellent service throughly recommend.

What an absolutely wonderful person Steve is, we had an issue with a handle and he told us what to do ourselves so it would cost us less!! He even said we could WhatsApp him if we struggle with it!!! And on top of all that he came round late on in the day, answering the phone immediately and fit us in at very late notice! What a true gentleman!!!! Thank you Steve, there aren’t many people in this world as kind as you 😌 I highly highly highly recommend this lovely gentleman

Our door handle started clicking and lost resistance. Steve arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and diagnosed the problem swiftly. After securing the door and ordering non-standard parts, he returned and finished the job quickly and to a high standard. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and really friendly. Would highly recommend. Steve was absolutely fantastic. It was easy to arrange for him to come around and change the locks on our new property. He explained the differences between the different lock-types and installed the high security locks. Steve was friendly, professional and very fairly priced. We called The Lock Engineer today after being locked out of our house at tea time.
