I just wanted to say thank for such a prompt, friendly and reassuring service today from the two colleagues who helped me. I had been to two other local pharmacies to me who could not help, then called another Elland one who didn't offer blood pressure screening. Andrew Hirst Chemist were brilliant, clear and friendly. THANK YOU! I will be back to look at the perfumes and nail varnish range one lunch break, looks a great range or products.
Having been prescribed medication for the first time, I was unsure how to obtain a further supply. On telephoning the pharmacy, which was immediately answered, the lady quickly explained that everything would be taken care of by them. Previously there was a phone call to me by the Pharmacist to review how the new medication was proceeding. One could not ask for more.
I have just had the nicest person deliver my meds today …. Thank you so much
Nice friendly staff. Good stock levels and they are also a drop off and pick up point for DPD
The lady who is in the reception is very rude and harsh
