I rang after a consultant had done me a prescription for that day collecting, and this it was auto sent here. I was really worried how to get there and o doubted I could walk the distance from the hospital door - So I bit the bullet and rang, answered on my 2nd try straight away (and it was lunchtime) the lady that answered the phone was absolutely lovely and to my surprise she offered they could deliver it at no cost the next working day!! (I offered to pay but nope my money no good here!) I honestly couldn’t have asked for more, she offered and didn’t need to that’s the point- I won’t hear a bad word said about them now! Thank you again to the nice jolly polite lady and the driver was a polite guy :) 5 Stars!

Absolute shambles, I have to use this service far too often for my liking. Staff seem to all have lunch at the same time, I waited a hour to then be told I needed to be at the in house pharmacy. It’s now changed its name but it’s the same staff.

I had a visit to Calderdale hospital today. My prescription was sent digitally to the pharmacy, it's obviously very busy and I saw at least 5 staff in the background. It's good to see they have a really good working relationship among themselves they were very jolly with each other, but no concern whatsoever for the customers. The queue was huge and tensions were high because most were elderly or really poorly. This could have been alleviated if the staff's focus had been on providing medication rather than laughing and joking. This is the first time I've ever written a bad review! To top it all I was given my medication with no concept I may need to pay, I drew this to the attention to the young man who served me. Poor poor poor service!!!

the worst pharmacy I know! The waiting time is terrible! although I will give you a ticket with a number where it is written that the waiting time is a maximum of 25 minutes! but you're waiting more than before, I've been waiting here for an hour! nasal drops for my medicine! that's funny, the pharmacy was almost empty, there were only 3 people waiting for their medicine! the staff is too slow and they are not impressed that the patient is waiting for all the medicíne!

They don’t pick up the phone. I checked the number and that they were open. They just weren’t answering. Also I was struggling to stand while they looked, again having been told that my meds were there to be collected only they weren’t and that’s quite a drive for us and I’m quite unwell to have to come back again. Plus very long waits to be seen to. I think it is probably not sufficiently staffed because that’s three visits now and each one very disappointing. I spoke to other people waiting and the expect to wait half an hour which seems unreasonable to me. My local chemist is much better.
