Seema deserves a raise! I went in for the largest post bag they have and was struggling to fold the item and pack it up. Seema called me over and said she would help. Not only did she pack the coat but she taped up the bag and taped on the returns form. All of which she didn’t need to do as I had to use a locker to send back the item back. This act of kindness went a long way.
I use Elland post office most days for business and personal. All members of staff are friendly efficient and extremely helpful. I bank, post and buy goods and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for your services.
