Poor service - Poor sales techniques. Maybe listen to the customer more and find out what they actually want. Holiday they proposed £300 cheaper online
Lisa and Karen at Kier Woodward looked after us better than we could have ever imagined. They instinctively picked up on exactly what we were looking for and our booking was tailored to our every need. They were patient, respectful and a joy to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommending this travel agency to our friends and family ...in fact we already have.
We have used Keir Woodward Travel a number of times and their level of service is second to none. In the past we have given them our likes and dislikes and they have put together the perfect package. Recently they have battled to get a guaranteed a non smoking room in Dubhai where usually hotels will not give that absolute guarantee.
Very experienced staff. Made our booking so much easier, they think of everything for you. Will certainly book our next trip off with them.
