Used them a couple of times for good quality LED strip lights, controllers and drivers. The shop is just a counter really. You describe what you want in laymens terms as best you can and you get what you wanted, nice and easy.

Avoid at all costs! This company blatantly disregards the Consumer Contracts Regulations. They falsely claim that their terms override UK law, which is both misleading and unacceptable. They incorrectly state that the cooling-off period begins when the order is placed, allowing only 7 days for returns. However, under UK law for non-bespoke orders, the cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, granting you 14 days to cancel. Once you've informed the seller of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. Their selling practices are unethical and in clear violation of consumer rights. I strongly advise avoiding this company entirely. UPDATE: After seeking advice from Citizens Advice Bureau and sending the company a formal email outlining their legal obligations, they reluctantly agreed to honour the return, as required by UK law. However, when I inquired about when they would update their website to reflect the correct legal information, their response was dismissive and they abruptly ended the call. This response further demonstrates their disregard for consumer rights and a lack of accountability. It’s alarming that they continue to mislead customers by refusing to update their website, despite clear evidence of non-compliance. Proceed with extreme caution if you’re considering dealing with this company.

Good range of LED products and drivers. Fast and simple ordering system. Let down by my package disappearing into a FedEx black hole for 36 hours! So the next day delivery occurred 2 days late, can't blame LED Lighthouse for that!

We wanted some lights for our kitchen and phoned LED lighthouse for some assistance. They were really helpful and advised on what products to choose and all the best options. They arrived the next day and were so simple to install. Great service, definitely recommend
