Early morning delivery was speedy. They didn't mind about moving failed DHL pallets to get to their goods. The gatehouse guy is awesome. Very effective and gets you on bay quickly. Almost like a military operation in here. Exactly how other companies should be. Bench mark set. Definitely one of the best tips I've ever had. Almost a full load done in under 30 minutes 💯👍

Dunno if it's these guys or another part of the company, but a can of their winter berry kombucha blew up in my hand. I assume it was over-fermented. No harm on this occasion but I prefer my drinks non-explosive.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I placed an order online and waited nearly a month for it to arrive, but it never did. When I emailed customer service to inquire about my order, I received no response. I then had to call them, only to be told that my package had been damaged, which is why it was never delivered. The most frustrating part is that they made no effort to notify me of this issue beforehand. Instead, I had to reach out to them myself to find out what happened. When I spoke to their representative, they asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement, but not once did they apologize for the inconvenience or acknowledge their lack of communication. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Poor customer service and no accountability.
