I am not impressed at all with this company at all. I have had repeated failures of the window mechanisms manufactured by this company and when I called for assistance the lady on the phone was dismissive and not at all interested in investigating what is clearly a significant manufacturing defect. At one point she tried telling me the internal components were not made from die cast aluminium when I had the broken one in my hand (I am an engineer of over 20 years experience) and she just kept repeating the same phrase "we've not had any problems with our product" I detected a distinct attitude from the representative and even asked at one point if I had said something to upset her as my call was not to complain but to seek assistance and get to the bottom of why they keep breaking. It was clear that her prime objective was to get rid of me rather than listen, establish what the problem was, deal with it and achieve a positive result. I will now avoid buying any product made by Vita going forwards.
