A fabulous indoor market with a huge selection of food, drink, clothes, cards, butchers, makup, e-cig shops, and eating places from pie & peas, Italian, home made ( and seriously good pies !! ) Thai to a chip or bacon butty and a brew in one of this pretty wide choice. There's new stalls, a wonderful beer & cider shop and some long overdue new toilets and more refurbishment work ongoing at present. The community noticeboard is class and displays a wide range of theatre, music and other events which are easily missed if you don't get a huge pile of flyers each month :-(( I know there's an issue with the glass roof but this is a beautiful Victorian building so really needs preserving for a more modern use, if you don't believe me try it out for yourself!! The butchers & fishmongers have reduced in number ovrr the years but are still as good as they always were & a fabulous florists making arrangements for every event from birth to death . My score at present is 13/10 & is likely to improve when all the work's completed. A massive thanks to all the traders, keep up the good work ! ! !
