I joined this fabulous ladies gym in September’25 & continue to enjoy it more & more. It’s addictive! Love the classes & try to go 4 mornings a week including a PT with the lovely Emily who really knows how to encourage & bring the best out of you. I feel much stronger & fitter already which is so important as I head towards my mid 60’s. To finish the week off with Pilates on a Friday taken by the amazing Kathryn feels such a treat. Give it a go you won’t regret it 🩷

Aden fitness is a lovely gym. My mum and I have been doing ad-hoc personal training for the past couple of months. Emily and Rachel have been really flexible in accommodating our availability and goals. We have both never done any personal training before however we wanted to gain confidence in using the gym equipment and building strength. We have both found the gym environment non intimidating and supportive. There’s lots of resources such as workouts on the board provided for inspiration if we do open gym. Would definitely recommend and thank you for supporting us to use the gym independently 😊.

Lovely friendly gym. I’ve just joined. Always been intimidated previously and never joined one before. I had a few PT sessions first and now I’m going to classes. I’m really enjoying it. Highly recommend.

Great Gym and exercise space, beautifully renovated, I have been to a couple of classes now with Emily, the space is airy and very well equipped. Instructors are very professional and also approachable and lovely, they take time to explain exercises and go around to help with technique should you need it. I have booked onto more classes and a PT session with Emily and will then be booking open gym sessions and encouraging all my friends to book on too. Would highly recommend for experienced gym goers or those just starting the fitness journey there is something for everyone in an environment that makes you feel comfortable and not intimidated.

I look forward to Kath’s Friday Pilates class. It’s a great way to take the foot off the gas and clear the mind whilst working on my core strength. Kath is an amazing friendly teacher and creates a perfect calm space to relax.
