It seems very good for activities for seniors.
Good community centre for health enlightenment programmes
Good size hall to hire..just be aware if you are wanting a bouncy castle there..that they have 2 areas in the hall where the bouncy castle can not go..as they have a projector at one end and a disco ball at the other end..but good size area in the middle. Just have a look beforehand. Very clean..friendly staff. Good small kitchen..which you can use to prepare for your party. (Reasonable prices..£20 an hour plus £20 for cleaning charge). Loads of tables and chairs. Plus table tennis tables. Also kitchen well equipped.
Very good craft and market 1st Saturday of every month, wide selection of stalls and very friendly atmosphere, tgere is a cafe too.
It was Xmas busy but I always find lovely people around and about the area. All the shops have friendly helpful staff even when they've been on their feet all day.
