Busy Bees at Pudsey Lowtown

My son attended busy bees from May 2023 until August 2025 and he loved going. The care provided was excellent, he had good relationships with all the staff, he was provided with healthy meals and snacks each day. Communication throughout the day on the parentzone app and with handover at drop off and pickup was always good. He's started school now (nursery class) and I can see how being at busy bees has prepared him really well for this next step

Our daughter loves being at nursery. Often talks about the staff and seeing them there. Place is always clean, they give the children a good varied selection of food, they interact well with the children and our daughter has learnt a lot of things from them. Making payments is easy, the staff are always helpful with queries and they care.

Place is run by a bunch of clowns. A lot of them don’t know how to look after children properly. My child has had a few accidents in the baby room. Absolutely appalled by the way some of them look after kids. It’s not all it’s just the very few who are clearly not trained or In the wrong job. Hope this improves

Payment system is rubbish. An incorrect bill was sent home to us on numerous occasions which took ages to correct. Poor communication from staff made us decide to withdraw or son from the nursery. On top of this after being over charged and told we were in credit by £199 we have been refused our deposit back. When considering it cost £200 to hold a place we expected a much better service. Head office and managers clearly do not even understand their own system. I would not recommend this nursery to any friends or family in future.

Good care given. Clean environment. Staff are lovely. Children always seem happy. I trust them with my child.
