A little hubbub of pints, music, and atmosphere in the mill complex, Against the Grain is an absolutely wonderful place to enjoy a night with friends or family and indulge in amazing food! The charcuterie board is absolutely huge - generous portions of each item such as pickles, salami, brie, cheddar, little slices of bread and peppers. The pizza is flavoursome and delicious - I'd recommend the Sgt Pepper β€οΈ
NOT probably, but in my opinion the best pizza in the area for a good few miles! Definitely beats all of Farsley/Pudsey restaurants by a long shot. An excellent selection of ales, beers and cocktails. Very friendly staff, cannot wait for second visit! π
Great craft beer and cocktails selection at reasonable money. The Owner made a real effort to make us welcome and has a passion for getting local brewerys in on rotation. Cracking tunes aswell.
What a great little find! A small but intimate setting and you can feel the warmth when you walk in, perfect on a damp winters evening. Really liked the decor and how the bar is presented. There's a decent selection of drinks on offer (alcoholic/low alcohol/no alcohol) and it's dog friendly. With it being a small venue, the serving times were very quick and the bar staff were really friendly. Definitely going to go here again!
