Female staff member wouldn’t let myself and my disabled mother (with sticks) sit down. Cafe was empty apart from one guy on his laptop. She was rude and I didn’t appreciate her attitude. Don’t know why we weren’t allowed to sit down. Felt very hostile. Ordered wraps- she put the contents of the wraps in on the side for me to assemble myself. Won’t bother going in again.

Popped in for some toffee lattes and lunch. We ordered an Eggs Benedict and a Mediterranean Flame sandwich. Food and coffee was great, tasted nice and was still hot by the time we got back. I parked right outside, but it can get a little busy here. The lady who served us was nice, the location is great, it just near to the Leeds Liverpool canal and the river Aire too, so quite handy if you enjoy walks along the river. They've normally got tables outside too, so will pop back in when things return to normal for some al fresco lunch. Definitely worth a visit 😊

Visited this cafe hoping to grab brunch and ended up walking out due to poor service . The staff member who greeted us was very rude and unfriendly and told us we couldn’t sit on any of the empty tables as he needed to clean them and gave us only 2 table options 1 directly behind the door that didn’t look appealing and the other squashed right next to the 1 other customer currently dining at the time. I totally understand having to make do with what space is left if the cafe is full but it was empty and all the staff member needed to do was move a few plates and wipe the table down but he refused to do this when we indicated we wanted one of these tables and had a very sarcastic and rude attitude. In the end we decided to leave and go elsewhere as the staff members attitude totally put us off . Wouldn’t return to the cafe again. Couldn’t recommend.
