Just had a delivery from just eat & this so called human left my food on the floor for me to pick up. I’m on the phone to the Mrs & I’m like I can’t believe what he’s done, showing a total lack of respect ( just walking back to the car smiling). If this is how you treat your customers who pay to keep you open don’t worry that’s me done.

Tonight was my first time visiting the new restaurant which is based upstairs from the deeva restaurant. It is based in a beautiful building. The decor is the first thing you take in, it has a great relaxing trendy feel. With a big glitter wall and a tuc tuc to stand and get those important photos! As well as a separate area for private dining and a comfortable seating area for those pre or post cocktails. It gives a great vibe and sets you up for a great evening. We were welcomed straight away and seated . It was busy but still could get a table for two, we didn't book but it is advisable at the weekend. The staff shown us the drinks menu and the specials board full of cocktails. The cocktails were quick to arrive and were really very good. We were offered some poppadoms and a pickle tray whilst we looked at the menu. We choose okra fries and mushroom pakoras for a starter but asked for them to come with our mains. We also ordered the seafood curry and the lamb hydrabadi, as well as mushroom pilaf rice and a garlic naanh bread . The okra fries were very good crunchy and full of flavour. I especially enjoyed the seafood curry that I had ordered Asian style it was full of flavour but not overpowered with heat . The staff were very attentive, all foid and drinks came out in a good time frame. They were happy to box up our leftovers. After our meal we went to finish our drinks in the lovely seating area when sat in you really get a feel of the atmosphere. There is also some outdoor seating for those that want some fresh air. We had such a lovely time and nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff. We have booked the private dining area for a family party that is coming up I can't wait to return. This restaurant is up a set of stairs but there is disabled access at the rear of the building, cats PJs is at the top of some glass stairs but they do have some tables downstairs to give all access to there amazing food. Finally it is worth knowing that this is a nut free restaurant and they cater very well for all . They have many options for vegans and gluten free options. There is no parking specifically for the restaurant but there is a public free car park across from and behind the building.

Do not waste your money. Totally inedible. Burnt tasting curries (must have been using a burnt oil or spices) and chicken dry to the bone. When complained they were rude, defensive and dismissive.

We had a very nice meal here with friends. There was quite a long wait time for the food to arrive. But when it did, it was very good indeed. The staff were all great. We were left to spend time eating, and were not rushed out of the restaurant afterwards like in some places.

Ordered a takeaway via Uber Eats. Curry and rice were really nice. Cheese nann was also amaIng however the Munch box was missing items (nann and sauce) and was a bit of a let down for the price. The poppadoms were also slightly stale (non crispy). Would go back for curry but not for the extras
