We visited Tikkaway whilst staying over on the canal, This has to be one of the best takeaways we've ever had, we ordered the Full mixed grill and chips, Rita & Raj who works there are the most wonderful people we have met, they went above and beyond to make sure we would enjoy our food. We was undecided which sauce to have on our food so whilst it was being prepared Rita fetched us a complimentary poppadom with sauce for us to try, we never expected this and I can confirm both their chilli and mint sauce is delicious. The food was amazing and was enough for 2 people as you can see from our pictures. We would definitely call again when passing. Thank you Rita & Raj.
Cost me over £30 for our food. My curry and rice came cold. The lamb was tough. The curry I ordered was mild when I ordered a medium. I ordered a pathia and it came looking like my picture. More like a korma. To top things off the container was only just half full. In all honesty I had a few mouthfuls and threw it away. Very disappointed ☹️ Won’t be ordering again and I don’t recommend this place.
I have only had takeaways so I can only rate those but it is by far the best Indian takeaway. The food arrives hot, well packed and the flavours are delicious. My go to!

Ordered 3 kebabs for my birthday this time (daughter of the review that ordered korma's last time for mums birthday) Once again Tikkaway absolutely exceeded all expectations and hops with 3 amazing kebabs. The chips were so good I could've just eaten them alone to be honest and the Pakora mix was delightful once again. Thank you so much for making my birthday great this time Tikkaway!
