We ordered through Uber eats and am putting the review on here as I couldn't find a way to do it on Uber's site. The food took quite a while to come but I understand that sometimes is the case in busy periods. However, when our food arrived (we were the 8th drop!), the wraps were so soggy that they were inedible. The contents were tasty and plentiful but had to be eaten with a fork and not picked up in the wrap as it is intended to be. I don't know if this was caused by them being wrapped in copious amounts of foil or the length of time they took to get here. We will not be ordering again.
Lovely chicken and meat in amazing bread, very tasty fresh salad coriander and the feta was fantastic. Salted chips bit disappointing as were quite cold. Chicken tenders well nice.
I’ve been a loyal customer since it opened and left many positive comments on the social media to promote. This time, I’m very disappointed when I received the delivery and looked at the size which is even not a half of the same wrap I had before. I understand the living cost is raising but £10 for this I will not be a loyal customer anymore I’m afraid.
I’ve placed about 30 orders with you over the past year. The kebabs were pretty incredible at first - fresh, full of a good mix of ingredients and in fresh bread with a good amount of sauce. Things started going awry last summer when the meat was dry in some of the kebabs and orders have slowly gone further downhill and more regularly inconsistent since. Your prices (fair if you could keep the consistency up) have gone up but the portions have become smaller and smaller with less sauce and less filling. Tonight you sent me a soggy wrap with a few bits of chicken and some tomato and cucumber in. You appear to have stopped serving carrot, cabbage (a must for a kebab, no?) and onion?! The veg disappeared a while ago too. And although I asked for feta I got a cm worth of it. Your output is now so far removed from a kebab, you should probably change your business name. I’ve continued ordering in the hope that you’d improve but today was the last time.
I wouldnt recommend this place at all. The food came and it was soggy, stuck to the tin foil, couldnt even eat it. The doner was burnt and the chicken seemed like it had just been boiled and not seasoned at all and made me want to be sick. Will be a while before i touch chicken or doner again.
